 DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE. octalaw.com provides each Member with various services to onboarded Members (the “Services”). Unless stated otherwise, any new features that enhance or otherwise change the current Services shall be subject to this Agreement.
 CONTENT OWNERSHIP. A Member will retain copyright ownership and all related rights for information he or she authors and publishes through octalaw.com unless explicitly stated otherwise and in writing. In exchange for the publishing services offered by octalaw.com, the Member agrees to grant a perpetual, worldwide, non-terminable licence to octalaw.com.
 CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY. A Member acknowledges and agrees that OCTA CORP or OCTA LAW neither endorses the contents of any Member communications nor assumes responsibility for any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material contained therein, any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights arising therefrom, or any crime facilitated thereby.
 MEMBER RESPONSIBILITY. A Member understands that all information, data, links, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. Therefore, OCTA CORP. does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such Content.
 MEMBER CONDUCT. A Member agrees not to use the Services for any (i) unlawful, harmful, abusive or invasive purpose or in such manner; (ii) for any use that may harm minors or children in any way; (iii) to impersonate unlawfully, breach any requirements of confidentiality or infringe any fiduciary relationships; (iv) to provide any digital harm such as virus or malware dissemination; (v) to collect or store personal information about others; or (vi) interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
 MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY. Once you become a Member, you shall receive a password and an account. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You may change your password at any time and you may also set up a new account and close an old one at your convenience. A Member agrees to immediately notify the Administrator of any unauthorized use of Member’s account or any other breach of security known to Member so that the Administration may take responsive action to remedy that breach.
 NO RESALE OF SERVICE. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services, use of the Services, or access to the Services.
 ADVERTISEMENTS AND PROMOTIONS. octalaw.com reserves the right to run advertisements and promotions on octalaw.com pages. By using the octalaw.com pages, you agree that octalaw.com has the right to run such advertisements, and will not attempt to block or otherwise interfere with advertisements displayed on any page by any means. Doing so is grounds for immediate termination of the Services.
 INDEMNITY. You agree to indemnify and hold OCTA CORP. and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content or links, your use of the Services, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.
 TERMINATION. If octalaw.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement, you agree that daliarey.com in its sole discretion, may terminate your password and use of the Services, and remove and discard any Content or link within the Services. You agree that any termination of your access to the Services under any provision of this Agreement may be effected without prior notice and agree that octalaw.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Services.
 NOTICE. All notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made either via email or conventional mail. daliarey.com may distribute notices or messages through the Services to inform Member of changes to this Agreement, the Services, or other matters of importance; such distribution shall constitute notices to Member.
 GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement and the rights and obligations of the parties under this Agreement shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the District of Columbia (Washington, DC), United States of America, without giving effect to any of the conflicts of law principles which would result in the application of the substantive law of another jurisdiction.
 SEVERABILITY AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior Agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
 CHANGES. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. In addition, what constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, please stop using the Service.
