It has taken years of earnest dedication for me to get to a point where I can tell my story. I didn’t want to share it until I could be an example of a better way. A demonstration of the triumph and what's possible. I fought every day for almost ten years to turn my story into something more - something beautiful, valuable, that can pave the way for the rise of a new quality of leadership all across the globe. I wanted to be a light that could shine unto a path forward - a path in which we have not yet seen. I wouldn't give up, and finally, I have made it after all.
This story is an honest take on what can only be described as the illumination and transfiguration of power dynamics within a multi-practice legal conglomerate with a focus in commercial litigation. Full of drama, surprises and realities yet unshared, this story is a bridge between the transformational power of storytelling and the value of effecting real change in the world. And with that, my resolute heart’s call is this : may this accelerate the actualization of my true heart's desire for my companies : to facilitate a shift in culture in which we most urgently need.
